The Tomato Sauce is a tomato purée and concentrate, packaged in glass bottle, obtained with a manufacturing process from fresh tomato round type, coming from organic farming, shredded, refined and concentrated. The crops in the province of Cremona are particularly favored by the characteristics of agricultural land and climate.
After harvest the tomatoes are processed raw without the addition of sugars and pasteurized after packaging to maintain the organoleptic properties of the raw material and tomato puree.
The line includes chopped tomatoes with basil, spicy, with vegetables, the variety simple, the tomatoes and the tomato puree.
